STF Östersund Ledkrysset drivs som ett aktiebolag, Ledkrysset vandrarhem AB.
Bolaget har sitt säte i Östersund och har ett franchaiseavtal med Svenska Turistföreningen .
VD är Åsa Green, med mångårig erfarenhet av vandrarhemsverksamhet, turistverksamhet och eget företagande. Tidigare har hon drivit Storvallens STF vandrarhem samt varit platschef vid STF Kebnekaise Fjällstation .
